The Montenegro Tower is a long project with multiple construction phases. We will start with a pre-opening of the bar and limited coworking from early 2023, open the big bar & coworking space in the main tower building in Winter 2024 and finally add accommodation options for summer 2025. PRE OPENING
JANUARY 2023
- small bar in a new house providing drinks and entertainment options
- coworking is limited to 12 people in the bar building until 5pm
- lots of outdoor space available with a BBQ area and fireplace
- special events are planned and you can rent space for your own activities
- some areas will be partly closed off
- limited parking
FULL OPENING
SPRING 2024
- with the main tower building renovated, we will have a second, much bigger bar available including a fireplace for the upcoming winter season
- there will be space for 80+ people indoor in total and more space for private events
- more public events from the Montenegro Tower team will be organised
THE FUTURE
2025 & BEYOND
- lodging options in wooden cabins will be added incl. pool & outdoor gym sometime between 2025 and 2026
- we would love to produce our own wine and provide you with an amazing wine cellar experience
- expansion into further properties in front of the tower to build up a small eco village and/or camping & campervan area
Please note that Montenegro is known for delays in construction and even though we do our best to keep the above timelines, there is always a chance for a delay.
