FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHEN CAN I COME BY?
We plan to do a pre-opening phase for the bar and coworking in JANUARY 2023 with limited indoor space in the newly built house.
Once the main tower building finishes renovation, we provide much more space and lodging options from SUMMER 2026
WHAT IS OFFERED?
We will offer three main services: Coworking space during the day, a live music bar in the evenings and lodgings options with a pool and outdoor gym.
You can come by to watch sport events, play board games, enjoy some live music or simply embrace the beautiful views.
WHERE IS THE TOWER?
We are located in Dubrava, 2km away from the beach and just 15 minutes by car from both the cities of Bar and Ulcinj.
The Podgorica airport is an hour away and has direct trains and buses to Bar. From there you can take a mini bus to Dubrava and either walk the rest or take a cheap taxi.
WHAT IS COWORKING?
Coworking spaces offer a location for Digital Nomads and Expats to work and connect with others from different industries. They can draw inspiration and stay away from distractions they might have at home.
Since the start of the Corona pandemic, more people are allowed to work remotely and they can choose any location in the world.
THERE IS LIVE MUSIC?
We will have guitars on site and plan to add more instruments in the future as well. Guests are encouraged to join jam sessions or just sit around the camp fire to listen.
We are also planning to host live music gigs with hired musicians and will update our event page with upcoming Facebook events.
CAN I STAY THE NIGHT?
Our lodging options in wooden cabins are scheduled to become available from SUMMER 2026.
There will be a pool and outdoor gym and we keep you updated via the Newsletter, Website and our Social Media.
WILL THERE BE EVENTS?
We will host all sorts of events, primarily from summer 2024 when the main works are completed and all services offered.
You can expect live music, film screenings, sport events, wine tastings, yoga sessions & much more!
HOW CAN I BE INVOLVED?
Get engaged by planting a tree in your name with a name plaque, watch it grow over the years and support the project.

CAN I RENT SPACE?
We offer the option to rent out parts of the property for your own events such as Birthday celebrations or company team building events.
If you are a yoga teacher, fitness or dancing coach, you may also rent out space for your lessons. You can get in touch via below link.
