Telekom has just installed the 1Gbps optic fibre connection in our newly renovated stone house and we can now offer plenty of space for our guests in 2 separate locations. As the Montenegro Tower is also a Bar, you can even enjoy some drinks after your working day. You have access to free tea, spring water and our printer. There are lots of outdoor areas as well to have your meetings if you need a change of scenery. It is also possible to purchase further alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages from our bar menu. Note that we have a happy hour from 6PM – 7PM in case you want to round up your working day with a drink.
- The Coworking space is available in both the newly built house and the renovated stone house on a first come, first serve basis.
- You have access to a 400 Mbps Mtel optic fibre WiFi connection and a printer in the new house.
- The stone house also has a new 1000 Mbps Telekom optic fibre WiFi connection.
- Opening hours for the Coworking are daily between 08:00 – 18:00. You can pay in cash on site and later on we will have credit card payments available as well. You pay for non-consecutive days in the weekly and monthly plans, meaning you are able to use them with some breaks in between.

Newly built house
The newly built house features a 400 Mbps optic fibre WiFi connection from Mtel, sofa corner and 3 small tables for around 10 people to work in. Two separate toilets are connected to the house as well and you can make use of our printer there. We even have a laminate machine and laminate paper for you to use.
Old Ottoman Stone house
The old stone house features a 1000 Mbps optic fibre WiFi connection from Telekom. It is probably the only Coworking space in the world which allows you to work in an authentic ~350 year old stone house from the Ottoman empire! Add the great views and fact that we are located in a quiet area and you have something that comes close to the perfect Coworking space conditions. There is plenty of space for around 30 Digital Nomads to work at the same time in the three indoor rooms and huge outdoor area. We have two sofas inside the stone house and two additional toilets just outside of it.
