Important End of Year Update
Unfortunately, I have to do another update in the opening times due to my current health issues with my diagnosed Splenomegaly. The Bar will only open on the next three Saturdays while staying closed on Fridays (including today) and Sundays. We will also have our special film night on Dec 3rd next Wednesday. Details on my health
Some of you already know, I discovered a 15kg weight loss in a 4-5 months time period and from then I was going to the clinics to get it checked out. We have done many analysis already, including colonoscopy, ultrasounds, CT scan and many many blood tests. The current diagnosis is Splenomegaly, which means that my spleen organ is way bigger than it should be. This can cause some serious problems, so currently we are in the process of finding the underlying root cause for the big spleen. As Splenomegaly occurs pretty rarely and can have many causes, it means that we have to do a lot of tests. I spend most of my weekdays in hospitals and private clinics to consult with specialist of Gastroenterology and Hematology. At the same time, I am currently also having a lot of pain from my wisdom teeth. Overall, I have to rest, so I decided to only open the Bar on Saturdays now. End of the Year update of the Bar
Please note that tonight we will already have the new schedule in effect, meaning the Bar will not open tonight. Tomorrow we will open and Sunday we will close. Then we have our special event on Wednesday for the Ulcinj Solana documentary night (see details here) and then we will have two more Saturdays in which I will prepare freshly made mulled wine (Glühwein) for you guys. So everyone has a chance to come and say good bye before I am off to Germany on December 15th, if the current testing comes to a conclusion until then. If not, I will have to sadly cancel my holidays to Germany, Saudi Arabia and Oman and stay here while being treated. It would be very unfortunate, but health comes first.
Please also note that I would like to get the fridge cleaned up until the last day on December 13th. It means that I will probably only rebuy Niksicko and Vranac (which I need for the Glühwein) and the rest of the drinks I will not rebuy and try to sell all of it. Since I have a lot of other beer like Krombacher, Budweiser, Holsten etc, it would be great if some of you want to do me a favor and order some of that so I can get the fridge cleared.
I will also offer a 50% on bottles of hard liquors and some white wines during the last two Saturdays. So anyone who wants to support me can take some at home, whoever buys the expensive 21year old scotch will also get a bottle of home made mullberry rakia for free 🙂 As I am spending a lot of money on my hospital testings and treatments, I can make use of every extra Euro right now.
